Ordering Information

Below you will find all regulations on orders of our product (unless purchased at one of our sale events). These guidelines are meant to ensure customer satisfaction for all custom orders. If you have any questions please contact us at kellymariescakes@gmail.com

Payment:

 

We require our customers pay for their special orders, in full, 7 business days prior to their requested completion date. (for example: If your completion date is Sunday, August 2nd, we would require that you pay no later than Thursday, July 23rd) Business days are considered as Monday-Friday with the exception of U.S. Postal Holidays. We accept checks, money orders, and cash payments. Checks should be made payable to: Kelly Farnan. All payments can be mailed to:

Your payments are not insured by our company. If your payment is lost in the mail or not recieved by us- we will not be held liable. 

 

Pacing an order binds you to a contract with Kelly Marie's Cakes in which you agree to follow all guidelines listed on this page, outlined on our invoice or on our products. 

 

If payment is not received 7 days prior to completion date-your order will be cancelled in full and no product will be made and/or delivered for you. 

Refund Policy:

 

Kelly Marie's Cakes offers full refunds to those who cancel their orders 5 business days prior to their completion date. In order to receive a full refund of your payment, you must provide a copy of your invoice/receipt. We will not be able to provide refunds to customers without an invoice or sales receipt. 

 

Defective Product, incorrect orders, and any default of product on Kelly Marie's Cakes behalf, will be reissued or refunded. 

 

Any changes that the customer wants to make to their order must be submitted to our company 7 business days before their requested completion date. Any adjustment of payment must be paid in full by the customer, 7 business days prior to the requested completion date. 

 

Products:

 

As all our products are made by hand, per customer request or special order, the final product will vary every time. Please bear in mind that the images on our website are for display purpose only and are not fully representative of the end product. Every product we make is unique and may not be an exact replica of the images featured on our website. 

 

 

Minimum Order:

 

We require that all special orders contain a minimum of 12 (one dozen) cupcakes. 

 

Storage:

 

We highly recommend that our cupcakes remain in air tight sealed containers. Our products is best enjoyed on the date of purchase or the date of completion. Our products do not require refrigeration. 

 

Allergies: 

 

We cook in a kitchen where milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, fish, and tree nut are used. Although these products may not be used as ingredients in every product, they may still be present in any and all of our products. 

 

Our Company:

Our company operates under the Cottage Food Act, as formed by Florida Legislature. Our products are made in a Cottage Food Operation that is not subject to Florida's Food Safety Regulations.
